NOW WE REMEMBER YOU, THE NEW YOURTEAM 2011 WORLD CUP MODE
It will be played after YOURTEAM CHAMPIONSHIP FINISH (April to september)!
YOURTEAM 2011/2012 CHAMPIONSHIP will be played on OCTOBER 2011 to MARCH 2012.
YOURTEAM WORLD CUP´s - REWRITING THE WORLD CUPS HISTORIES
Predict the winners/draws and scores of 3 matches per round and defend your COUNTRY in this fantastic KNOCK OUT SYSTEM football game.
GENERAL RULES
a) in YOURTEAM WORLD CUP, the participants defends your COUNTRIES! 2 (two) participants will join and defend his flags.
Ex: The BULGARIAN TEAM can be VN01 & MMARTO. The BRAZILIAN TEAM can be ELIRJ70 & CESAR LUIZ...
b) we can have any teams as possible: ARGENTINA 1 (FERNET & MAGO#01), ARGENTINA 2(MARU ANGI & RODRIGOL87), ARGENTINA 3, 4....
It will be a week tournament. It would begin on Saturdays and finish on Wednesdays and it would have the following format:
TOURNAMENTS
- We will have 22 Tournament weeks on 2011 (beginning on APRIL,09 and finishing on SEPTEMBER, 2011).
- We will have a RANKING based on Number of Titles (GOLD MEDAL), Runner-ups(SILVER MEDAL), 3rd Places (BRONZE MEDAL) and 4th place (YOURTEAM SPECIAL MEDAL).
- In 2012 YOURTEAM WORLD CUP(next year), the teams defends your titles and the ranking will be continuous.
- We will (re)play the 22 FIFA WORLD CUP´s in 2011:

2) 1934 - ITALY WORLD CUP (WEEK 2)
3) 1938 - FRANCE WORLD CUP (WEEK 3)
4) 1950 - BRAZIL WORLD CUP (WEEK 4)
5) 1954 - SWITZERLAND WORLD CUP (WEEK 5)
6) 1958 - SWEDEN WORLD CUP (WEEK 6)
7) 1962 - CHILE WORLD CUP (WEEK 7)
8) 1966 - ENGLAND WORLD CUP(WEEK 8)
9) 1970 - MEXICO WORLD CUP (WEEK 9)
10) 1974 - GERMANY WORLD CUP (WEEK 10)
11) 1978 - ARGENTINA WORLD CUP (WEEK 11)
12) 1982 - SPAIN WORLD CUP (WEEK 12)
13) 1986 - MEXICO WORLD CUP (WEEK 13)

TEAM COMPOSITIONS
All participants that play YOURTEAM CHAMPIONSHIP CLUBS are automatically committed at YOURTEAM WORLD CUP´s.
The TEAM COMPOSITION will be determinated by the YOURTEAM CHAMPIONSHIP CLUBS TOURN 4 FINAL CLASSIFICATION.
Examples:
a) If QUIRON/RIVER PLATE (ARG) finish at 1st position, the following best ARGENTINE CLUB player will join him to defend ARGENTINA1 at WORLD CUP.
b) Players that are alone will join them and defend 1 country in the first world cup and the other country at the following world cup. (SCHER/BENFICA (POR) and ACTION JACKSON/TROMSO (NOR) (for example) will play one WORLD CUP by PORTUGAL and another WORLD CUP by NORWAY, alternately).
The 16 first teams will play WEEK 1 (1930 URUGUAY WORLD CUP). The other ones will play QUALIFYING to the next WORLD CUP.
OBS: Qualifying rules will be published soon as possible, if necessary.

NEW PARTICIPANTS
New participants must invite a friend and send picks (you and him). The priority is to play the WORLD CUP with a countryman. But if is not possible, you will be allocated just like TEAM COMPOSITIONS example “b” above.
If just you send your pick, I´m sorry, but you will be out from that week WORLD CUP, ok?
The NEW TEAMS will be done according the manager pick receiving order.
TOURNAMENT WEEKS (1 to 22)
We have a knock-out SYSTEM.
a) SATURDAYS
R16
- We have a randomic draw with the 16 participants countries.
- The 8 winners classify to R8 and classify to next WORLD CUP. The losers will play QUALIFYING to the next WORLD CUP (beginning on SUNDAY).
b) SUNDAYS
R8
- The 4 winners classify to SEMIS.
- All R16 losers and other teams (who sent his picks) will play the next World CUP QUALY Round 1, if necessary. There are 8 SPOTS and we have a KNOCK OUT SYSTEM here again. The best 8 teams classify to next WORLD CUP TOURNAMENT.
c) TUESDAYS
SEMI
- The 2 winners classify to FINAL GOLD MATCH. The losers will play the BRONZE Medal Match.
- If necessary, we have the next World CUP QUALY Round 2 here.
d) WEDNESDAYS
- FINAL GOLD MATCH and BRONZE MEDAL MATCH!
- If necessary, we have the next World CUP QUALY Final Round here.
- MATCHES WINNER DETERMINATION
In the game, participants pick the winners (or draws/ties) AND SCORES of all available matches (total of 3 matches in the round) of any Football Championships/Friendly Matches in the world.
The WINNER of your match will be determinate looking at the games where we have any diffs. One correct diff pick = 1 GOAL!!
OBS: The scores picks will be used just for the TIE-BREAK SYSTEM.
So, if we have a DRAW, the winner will be:
a) The team that picked the correct final score at first in a scheduled match in the MANAGER ORDER OF PICK. ((In YOURTEAM this mean an “2x0” EXTRA-TIME win, ok?)
b) The team that picked the exact team goals average win at first in a scheduled match in the MANAGER ORDER OF PICK. (In YOURTEAM this mean an “1x0” EXTRA-TIME win, ok?)
c) The team that picked the exactly winner team number of goals at first in a scheduled match in the MANAGER ORDER OF PICK. (In YOURTEAM this mean an “5x4” PENALTIES (free-kicks) WIN , ok?)
d) The team that picked the exactly loser team number of goals at first in a scheduled match in the MANAGER ORDER OF PICK. (In YOURTEAM this mean an “4x3” PENALTIES (free-kicks) WIN , ok?)
e) The team that picked the correct winner (or draw) at first in the MANAGER ORDER OF PICK. (In YOURTEAM this mean an “3x2” PENALTIES (free-kicks) WIN , ok?)
f) The team that sent picks at first (including the two players).(In YOURTEAM this mean an “2x1” PENALTIES (free-kicks) WIN , ok?)
- HOW TO PICK?
All participants send your picks to the all rounds (R16, R8, SEMI and FINAL matches) using a single MP. The deadline will be on FRIDAY , 22h GMT (19h in brazilian time).
