This is interesting problem. The best yugoslavian players in ATP ranking (Pilić) was 12. He repesented Yugoslavia, but he is Croat. The best USSR player is Metreveli (9 in ATP ranking), but he is Georgian.

I made decision. In my opinion Lendl was Czech. He was born in Ostrava. I change his nationality to Czech.

Who? The only Fernando Vicente I know is spanish.
