Robredo refused to shake Fognini's hand several times and Fabio called him a piece of shit, rightly.

someone please explain...why didn't tommy shake hands with the italian? He tried twice to shake his hands and both times was ignored. Why the drama??

They had already argued during the match, then Robredo refuses to handshake Fognini and says some things to him, probably pissed off with the Italian's behaviour. Fabio keeps following Robredo trying to handshake and Tommy says more BS, then Fabio loses it and insults Robredo at his face. Something "de mierda" (shitty) he yelled. Wow. Best thing, they meet each other at Costa do Sauipe first round.

Great match Tommy! He didn't play singles final since 2009 Buenos Aires!
I don't want to comment at the end.

Re: Santiago SF: Robredo d. Fognini 4-6 6-2 6-3, quite some drama at the end
Fognini got pissed by all those loud vamos chants after Fabio made unforced errors. Fognini said something (bad probably) to him at one point, and Robredo refused to shake his hand twice.
I am very biased as the sheer sight of Robredo pisses me off, but I think he behaved bad as usual. Got bood of the court, and rejected the post match interview because of the continuing boos and whistling.

Fabio was being Fabio and Tommy took offense, reacted, and Fabio took offense to Tommy's offense.
That's the basic summery.
