I thought such a table might be interesting and useful, especially when compiling statistics on other things. Correct as for October 29, 2012.

Joachim Johansson has now retired. Also, I removed Mark Philippoussis as the rumours of a comeback never materialised into anything significant.

Fernando Gonzalez and Ivan Ljubicic have now retired. Thomas Muster has now effectively retired after his brief return, not playing even a challenger since 2011, with no immediate plans to resume his comeback.
