Looked pretty convincing from the SB till he got broken in the 2nd.
Mannarino will be tougher though, but I think he is the favourite. 65-35.

I've felt for a couple of years now that hardcourts are possibly Lleyton's worst surface. I don't think that he believes it, seeing as many of his finest moments have come on hardcourts and he doesn't feel at home on clay. But most if not all of his injuries have come from playing on hardcourts, his last two titles have been on grass and clay and he hasn't won a title on harcourts since 2007 if I recall correctly.
Providing that he doesn't get another nightmare draw at the French then I'd be willing to bet that he'll go further at Roland Garros and the clay events than at the US Open and it's preceeding events.

Love the French Open and Wimbledon ones. Not so much the US Open. Roland Garros is my favorite thanks for posting. |
