Re: Which top tennis player would make the best boxer?
Murray does have quite the build for a boxer

Build has absolutely nothing to do with who'd be a better boxer. There are weight divisions. Murray would be a cruiser weight. Tsonga might just make it into the heavy weight division, he'd have no problem making weight as would most over 6'2''.
To answer your question, no one knows.

Not Nadal because his hands would be busy picking his butt.

Re: Which top tennis player would make the best boxer?
Nadal for sure, great footwork, strong body (including the legs), a lot of energy, both hands are as good, has everything required imo.
Murray is much too stiff.
Tsonga's flexibility is good but footwork not good enough.
After Nadal, Monfils maybe because very flexible, quick and long arms.

I agree Nadal definitely has the natural speed, reflexes, muscle tone. but then again Nadal is sort of an athletic specimen, what sport what he be bad at?
this thread is ironic though, recently Nadal put up a "Rocky" video on his facebook as a bit of a joke about hard he is training to get back into competing condition! so maybe subliminally he's into boxing ha
