Yes, the players will receive the qualy points. In hindsight the FQR should have been played for the qualy points therefore all players in the FQR round will receive the qualy points.

If a team committed after the deadline, but before I do the draw, should I include them?

No. But they can be qualifying alternates.

In Winnekta CH I thought it would be a Saturday start as most challenegers are, but it turn out to be a Sunday start and I have already done the draw yesterday removing players in Wimbledon R4 in the qualy draw. Should I now remove players in Wimbledon QF in the main draw and so some players in the current qualy draw will advance to the MD and they would be replaced by ALTs in the qualy. Or no changes are allowed and player who will be removed from the MD will be replaces by a LL ??

After making the qualifying draw, a vacancy occurs in the main draw. How is the vacancy filled?
If the qualifying competition has begun, the vacancy is filled by the eligible lucky loser. If the qualifying competition has not begun, the vacancy is filled by the next player on the alternate list.

Hey again
could someone from the board check this ALT replacment: http://www.menstennisforums.com/show...4&postcount=97
If in two matches 3 players forget to send
A vs. B missing picks from both
C vs. D missing picks from D
Player C is the best ranked and we have only 2 ALTs
Which is the right one?
ALT1 vs. ALT 2 no missing picks
C vs. D missing picks from D

or

ALT1 vs. B missing picks from B
C vs. ALT2 no missing picks

I thought I should do it the first way, but am I allowed to put 2 ALTs in one match and another match doesn't get any?

First one The best ranked players should always get the WO wins.

Big problem in one CH, I thought that today we will have more matches and to start main draw today, but I have only 4 matches and MD will start tomorrow, in that case I take off players who was playing today matches in Wimbledon, but one player ask if he lose today on Wimbledon, can he play from tomorrow in main draw? So I can accept him because make main draw, final quali round will be play today, so this is impossible, that happened because today the play only quali matches

Does the set to winner rule only work in best of 3 matches are also in best of 2 matches, like when one player picks Malisse 3-2 the other Malisse 3-1 and Tomic wins 3-0?

I thought I remembered that someone said that it doesn´t work during on of the other slams this year, but I´m not sure anymore

Yes it does apply in 5 set matches – see example 7 of post 6 in the FAQ thread.

Therefore in this case Malisse 3-2 beats Malisse 3-1.

Thank you.

I really don´t know why but for some reason I thought this rule would only work for best of 3 matches.

This is difficult. You have published the main draw, so in my opinion you should not change it. In Turin I had today's matches counting for the First round of the Main Draw, even though they were Turin's FQR matches, so the problem did not arise.

Elirj70 should be able to play Braunchweig if he leaves Wimbledon today, but as I said, I don't think you should change the draw.

I believe the last time something similar occurred, the manager put the player as lucky loser #1, and I think this would be the fairest solution in your case. However I think you should wait for a more experienced Board member to also comment.
