maybe Del Potro should play some challengers tournaments to be sure to have a lot of matchs in a week ( easy opponents )

I hope he isn't too discouraged right now. I was encouraged by what I saw. It just takes time and matches to get back from a big injury like this. Biggest thing I noticed was his footwork isn't where it needs to be, he was always a step behind.

After Delray Beach, there is Davis Cup, but I don't believe he'll play for Argentina, so he can play 1 Challenger event, but I doubt he'll decide to do it.

Hope, he can reach at least 1/2 final in one of the events in USA(Delray Beach gives the best opportunity

do you have his statistics for 2009 ?

it's difficult to compare if we don't have all the elements,

the TV commentators have said that the Delpo' speed serve was often lower than the Baghdatis' serve, which was strange and unusual because the serve ( with his forehand ) is the main weapon for Del Potro ( he can serve very fast on first and second ball )

Ok, so what do you think he should do the next couple weeks? Play a challenger? Practice more? Work on fitness? The only thing I think might be a good idea is play Hawaii challenger. It would be good practice, I think he could easily beat all those guys, good for the confidence, and come on, it's Hawaii. Hard to mope around and get down on yourself in a place like that.
