Re: ~ * ~ The "Välkommen tillbaka" If Stockholm Open 2011 Cheering Thread ~ * ~
He's been injured a lot. I just don't think he regained any rhythm and should basically pack it in for this season. I also don't think he's retiring anytime soon because he needs to continue to play to gain exposure for his foundation and the Santi Silvas Memorial event. He also loves tennis like them all. Bad.....and good habits are hard to break.

I wasn't saying I thought was retiring anytime soon. I just mean that when he *DOES* it will be hard because I really love watching him play. The past year has been horrible for me regarding tennis because he has been so injured. He has to take it slow with the injury he has. My dad has the same injury and he's not back to normal after a few years. Luckily I'm busy in my day-to-day life so I don't notice him not playing as much as in the past. I'd love to drop everything and watch him again. It's a little early, but to a healthy and happy 2012!

I know the feeling
Glad we all want him to stay at least for a little long

Probably considering the results he should be letting go for now. But we all know how persistent Tommy is and how much he wants to play tennis. So, I believe that even if the results don't come as he wants he'll stay till the end of Season

Tomorrow we can watch his match online again
http://www.tennistv.com/page/Live
Hopefully he'll beat Fognini again
He's also going to play his doubles match with Marc Lopez against an Austrian pair on CC as the last match, not before 19:30 p.m.
It'll be a busy day for him

Not again
Tommy's injured. And I guess that's the end of the Season for him
Let's hope it's not the groin again ... Rest and take all the time you need to recover Tommy

I almost lost it when he injured himself today. I woke up early to watch and I didn't want to see him retire in the match. I'm a sad panda now. He's supposed to play doubles with Marc Lopez but it's doubtful if it was a hamstring injury.

I know the feeling. He was slowly getting back
We'll have to wait and see how things will develop honey. But I'm sure he'll be back next year with all he's got

It's confirmed that the injury is the recurrent one in the groin. Let's all hope and pray for the best. All the strength in the world to overcome as fast as possible all this Tommy
