when i was a kid my mother was sick so I had to give my dog away to a farmer, and I went to visit him later and everyone told me he prolly wouldn't remember me, so I shouldn't be upset if he didn't recognize me, but he remembered me right away and he was crying and wagging his tail and going crazy and when we got in the car to leave he chased the car for miles until finally the farmer had to come in his truck and pick him up.
