There's no masters tournament now so he's just preparing for that.

How many more of those do you think he'll get this year?

I'd say two.

I think he can win all of them this year, considering no other player cares about them as much as he does

Why does he care about them so much?
If he peaked for the slams, he could very well be Tier 1 by now.

Strange.

He does peak for the slams. He's just not good enough.

Anyone who disputes any of this is a troll.

Federer was smart. He regularly skipped masters during his peak while Nadal and Djokovic broke their bodies in masters.

Like in 2009 Madrid semi that cost Rafa RG that year and ultimately confirmed Fed's GOAT status.

Not buying it.

If he wasn't trying to mop up Rome and Miami etc. every year, he'd have an RG by now in my view.
He'd also have more energy by the end of the season and wuite possibly more USOs as a result.

It's a shame as I believe that he is good enough.

This.
Fed deserves a lot of credit for playing this game the right way, in more ways than one.
He's always had his priorities straight, the proof is in the first line of my signature (WIM 05 - USO 07).

Novak can keep winning Rome if he likes.

More No1e bashing from usual suspects. So much butthurt among Fedal fangirls.

Anyway, No1e is resting and preparing for Wimbledon. Duh.

Seems Novak wants total domination on Tour so thats why he targets Masters also. As for Slams any random fat swiss guy can wake up one morning from the right side of the bed and play the match of his life and defeat him. Its a professional Hazard,You know.

Best thing for him is to get better at Tennis each day and create an atmosphere of fear and awe amongst others when playing against him. The kind of Fedal had with them one time. That does half the Job. But every now and then he goes into an altruistic mode of sparing the opponent.

Need to build the ruthlessness of Ali.

Djokovic is channeling his inner William Renshaw. You are already the Wimbledon champion. You have nothing to prove, the only tournament that matters is Wimbledon. Hell, Renshaw didn't play any matches in any tournament and only 1 match the entire year, the Wimbledon final, and won it.

Djokovic only wishes he had a bye to the final this year although some may argue he does...

Sure, as I said before, let's just play 4 majors stupid. Rafito, your idol is playing 250s nowadays, no?

Are you both really that ignorant? What, 8 majors is not good enough for you. He'll win more ... Monkeys, you have know clue what it takes to win 8 majors and so many masters. Sheesh, you know nothing about tennis history.

What is tier 1? Which tier you belong to? Tier ZERO or tier minus 1000000000000. Hopefully, they teach some math in your country, wherever you are. -1 + 1 = to what? Your ignorant opinion.

Stupidity on this board is unbelievable. How many majors Jmac won? What about Connors, Agassi? Yeah, google it and then come back to me. I'm sure Djokovic is doing just fine.

Because he isn't good enough to beat top players consistently in best-of-5-sets, so he's going after the best-of-3 stuff.
