I'm trying to make sense of the order...

Difficult to answer immediately, there have to be dozens of songs that I loved before that I'm not remembering right now.
So this is the first thing that comes to mind now:
Spencer Krug (Wolf Parade) - You Are A Runner And I Am My Father's Son

I got a number on me
I got a number
won't make it through the high noon sun
I am my father's son
and I am my father's son
his bed is made
I was a hero
early in the morning
I ain't no hero
in the night
I am my father's son
and I'll build a house inside of you
I'll go in through the mouth
I'll draw three figures on your heart
one of them will be me as a boy
one of them will be me
one of them will be me watching you run
watching you run
watching you run
into the high noon sun
watching you run
farther than guns will go
you are a runner
with a stolen voice
and you are a runner
and I am my father's son
I am my father's son
I am my father's son

I don't know Billy, but true silliness is a rare trait, so there's probably more to it than that.

Ugh, yes this tough to keep in order!

Nice lyrics btw.

That's tough... I can't say what I would like people to like more about me, I would like people to not judge me (not "less" neceserally, for I don't know how much I am judged by anything) by status.

That's a good one so same question.

Glad you like! I firmly believe that Spencer Krug is THE lyrical genius of his generation.
You should check out Wolf Parade and Sunset Rubdown, practically every song is lyrically amazing.
Just wanted to say that, not answering the question because it's too hard!

Really difficult question. I don't know what to reply to it as I have no idea what I'm judged on in the first place. It can be looks - though I don't care what other people think on it - if you don't like my looks you can just look away - but I guess it's mainly the behaviour.

Yes. Appearance seems to be all in whatever form, and substance is completely ignored. If you're not the right fit in terms of mode, dress or speech it seems you may as well be invisible.

Do you consider the Nobel Peace Prize to be an outmoded concept?

Absolutely. It's crap. Giving the nobel peace prize Kissinger (one of the biggets war criminals alive), Mother Teresa (I'm not religious but this is beside the point that she preached against the use of condoms as well as ignoring the value of this life for the next), Obama (big "change" eh?, and this is supposed to be left wing), and so on and so on.

Plus, considering that the guy who this prize is named after invented explosives, well I can't take that too seriously.

What is it that you like about tennis?

It brings out the strangest behaviour in people to post on an internet forum

Through tennis I could expand my vocabulary of the terms "mugs", "choker", "spartan", "cakewalk" etc. which I wouldn't have heard of otherwise.

Seriously, I am following tennis for so many years, have always been emotionally involved in the matches of my favourite players, was happy when they played a great match and won, suffered when they lost, enjoyed it to see spectacular points. I liked the differences in former times when you knew if the matches were played on grass, clay or hardcourt but I didn't wanted to see an ace festival either so therefore I don't belong to the people who say that tennis in former times was better.

I like the atmosphere when you go to see live tennis.

Same question

I'm tempted to be serious for once. I like tennis because I've lived to see so many different people get to explore their potential at a great game. When I was in school, I never got to play tennis. I went to the best girls' school on the island, that only a few years earlier had started to admit black children, even though the black population at that stage was about 90% of the total population (today it's about 97%). Black children played netball, hockey, did track and field and gymnastics, but up until when I was in 6th form, only white kids played tennis. The first black girl to play tennis was the daughter of a gymn teacher at another school.

I used to watch the tennis matches enviously (I had applied to play tennis but was, predictably, turned down), used to wish I could one day wear their snazzy tennis blazers. That somewhat inexplicable passion for the game continued into my adulthood (I finally learned the basics when I was 35+); continued when the only option for following WMB was to listen to the finals on radio, and has never abated since.

Does that explain what I like about it? Perhaps not... but whatever it is has made me a lifelong fanatic of the game, cricket notwithstanding

Do you believe love at first sight exists?

Great answers, Doris and barbadosan. Really interesting to read different perspectives on the same sport.

A - In a way. The subconscious part of love, yes. Though that only speaks of the potential of a relationship, how it's actually handled and translated into real terms depends on the more laborous part of a bond between two people.

Q - How does stress manifest in you in general? And do you allow tennis to stress you out in any way?
