translation:
We now know two of the three invitations that will reach the main draw of the Open South of France. The French Nicolas Mahut, and Argentine David Nalbandian won the first two wild cards for the week of Montpellier.
Open South of France would welcome Argentine David Nalbandian, former world No. 3, now 31st in the ATP rankings. Player can shine on all surfaces, it is part of the exclusive club of tennis players who reached the semis of every Grand Slam. The Argentine has 11 victories in singles this season and won the tournament in Washington. Member of Team Argentina Davis Cup, he participated in last September's semi-final in Lyon, where he was dominated by the French Gael Monfils after a magnificent game.
"It is rare to give wild cards to foreign players but given the caliber of a player, it seems interesting to give him an invitation. It is a spectacular player, which is among the best returners in the circuit "confided Patrice Dominguez, Director of the Open South of France.
For its part, the French Nicolas Mahut, now 160th in the ATP, has left its mark this season by playing the longest game in history against John Isner. The American won against Nicolas Mahut in the first round of Wimbledon in a match that lasted 11 hours and 5 minutes into the match with a score of 4-6, 6-3, 7-6, 6-7, 70 -68.
"John Isner and Nicolas Mahut, the two heroes of the last tournament at Wimbledon will be present at Montpellier. This will be an added attraction to accommodate the new record for longevity in a tennis match, "commented Patrice Dominguez.
The last wild card will be unveiled on Wednesday. Several requests were received wild cards to the organizer, including the French Paul-Henri Mathieu, Adrian Mannarino, Benedict pair and the young Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov.
Remember that the draw for the table will be made Sunday, October 24 at 12am in the Village of Arena.

In your opinion, will David be at the top, and try to win Montpellier, or it's more likely he will prepare for Paris ATP 1000 ?

2nd round will not be easy (Simon or Mahut) if he is not at the best shape..

THANKS

hi
i think it depends on the first match...
if David will win easily in "his lovely way" tomorrow,
then he will try to take maximum of this tournament...

if you remember, the recent match vs Simon was not difficult for David

yes, if he will not cancel Montpellier in last moment (hope not)
