yes, rmc said allways the truth ! I think first day it's gael and gilou, second day clement-llodra, third day gael llodra ! forgetme want to preserve llodra for the double, that's why. it's surely Eric Salliot who said this for Gilles on Friday. He had already this feeling yesterday. Forget thinks the sunday will be decisiv this time and Mika can't play three days in a row in his mind and to make Gilles start sunday for the last and decisiv match is tough. Make play Gilles is the more safe option which is typicall from Forget not too much risks.

I don't think Richard was ever really under consideration except if someone was injured. I'd be tried of being #5 all the time and would have long ago said no to even going but I guess Gasquet is a bigger person than I. Based on RECENT tournament form Gasquet was as good or better an option than Simon (and Gasquet could play doubles, if necessary) but I can certainly understand the choice of Simon. And if Simon happens to pull out a miracle win on Friday - great, if not than Mika will be ready for Sunday.

When do we know who plays first on Friday?

It looks like Simon will make the 4 man team, it's just now between Gasquet and Clement for the last spot with Clement having the slight edge because he is a experienced Doubles player and plays well with Llodra.

I think Forget is still not sure if Gasquet can handle the pressure and deal with the Serbian crowd which is going to be very loud.

Richard ddidn't play with Mika during last days. Except an injury he has poor chances to get into the team.
