a loss in first round of Bercy should not help them to be sure for the final . They play Butorac/Rojer who lately won Tokyo, Stockholm and were in semi in Basel well a solid team atm. And when you see all the pression put by french medias on the players. Not easy

For the training session, Arno can be called as Forget will take at least five guys.

67(8)/76(7)/63

I didn't see the match only few games the match lasted 2h40 so of course i was not able to watch all It looks that it was close and that left serve of Lopez was great on the bercy's surface which is faster than last year. Lopez hit 30 aces but 22 by arno Arno was motivated because his grand-monther who is 83 years old came especially from Marseille to watch him in Bercy for the first time He explains that she was an extra motivation to win. So cute In the interview by 20 minutes he recognised he had played too much this year You've also a video on the tournament facebook http://www.facebook.com/BNPPARIBASMASTERS?v=wall

Quote:

That was a good win over Feliciano. I left to the grocery store when it was 5-6 in the second set and thought that things might not go well for Arnaud. But I was glad to come back home and see from live scoreboard that Arnaud had won.

He already plays his second round vs Verdasco tomorrow and at the end of afternoon he has also doubles but their opponents have changes it's Berrer/Giraldo. Buzy day tomorrow.

63/36/06

I watched some games of second set and after having some BP in the first game he was broken the first 0-2 down. He broke Verdasco two times to lead *3-2 he had few game points to lead 4-2 but was broken due to a lack of first serve. His pourcentage of first serve goes down along that set. He was looking tired from that debreak certainly because of the lift of Verdasco who was also playing better with more intensity while arno was sinking but surely because of yesterday match. It looks like he had only one hours of fuel today. Pity he has not been able to close that in two sets pity he had no more energy to play like he did at the beginning of the match. Frustrating

Then i follow a bit on scoreboard and he double faulted with no first serve. I watch the stats of that last set and it has been a nightmare . He lost 10 games in row tough to finish the year with a bagel and tough because he had his chance today. He must play doubles soon but with his tiredness it will be difficult .

It's the first time in Bercy but I think she uses to attend to open 13 in marseille.

Arno has waited the doubles to do his press conference because he was really frustrated . He doesn't understand what's happened. He's furious with himself because the win was in his hand and he gives the match to Verdasco in his opinionhttp://www.lequipe.fr/Tennis/breves2...prend-pas.html.

Well guy i think you was tired. He says that in doubles he served well and they win 75/63 now they play tomorrow just after Mika will have finish his match vs Isner. Not easy to play two match the same day with short rest especially Nestor/Zimonjic.

no need to be frustrated as the results here are much better than i had expected (but then you know i don't expect much of him lol) but good to see there's still much hope inside the 'old' guy.

It's in france in front of his family he had of course much more expectations. Well they lost in doubles 46/46. I just see the result on the scoreboard. To beat top team they would need more automatism as shows their poor stats behind second serve.

Official season 2010 is over
