Both Radek and Viktor look extremely tired. Radek is exposing Viktor's fatigue and movement really badly, and is playing an inspired and tactically smart match and serving well. Viktor just too many mistakes.

Stepanek(CZE) def. Troicki(SRB) 4-6 6-2 6-4 6-4
The more solid player, mentally and tatically, won today. He came to the net at appropriate times, used the dropshot effectively, and outsmarted and outmaneuvered Troicki consistently. Both guys were tired at the end.
The Czech are now the clear favorite to win this tie.

Janko is playing better than he did v Roddick at the Open, and that's saying something. He's completely on a different level than Tomas. Tomas is not playing well and I think Janko's play has totally surprised him and took him out of his game.
