How did you find out that they sent the camera crew home early? I have been watching Tennis Channel since about 10:30, and don't recall their saying anything about it.

I am sure that the tournament organizers are concerned about losing Roddick after nearly losing Berdych earlier, and losing the #1 doubles team (though the Bryans are a big draw and they are still playing. A tournament volunteer in another city told me several years ago, when Agassi was playing, that if either Roddick or Agassi made it into the final, the tournament could stay in the black. But if neither did, the tournament would lose money, which would jeopardize its ability to continue (or to stay in that city). So they would bite their nails hoping that one of the two made it.

I read it at the Livestream thread in GM. Sounds like a logical explanation then for not broadcasting an Roddick match on tv when they are actually scheduled to.
