Score tied > #SRs tied > Shoot out (SR1, then SR2, then SR3 and so on).

Apparently you and Gav picked the same thing for Volandri vs. Rochus, so no diff for Shootout 1 and it goes on to SR2 shootout. Gav has the correct winner (Dasnieres de Veigy) so he wins.
