Our nerves jangle with anticipation and excitement as our beloved Rafa returns to competition in the lovely Vina del Mar VTR Open.

Here is the Calendar of Events

Feb. 1

09:00 hrs. Llegada de Nadal a Chile.
13:00 hrs. Rafael Nadal visita al Presidente de la República en La Moneda. También asisten Nicolás Massú, Fernando González, Jaime y Álvaro Fillol y el Presidente de la Federación de Tenis de Chile .
21:00 hrs Sorteo cuadro de clasificaciones.

Feb. 2

11:00 hrs. Clínica de tenis de niños y jugadores. [I hope Rafa will be here too]
12:00 a 19:00 hrs. Clasificaciones.
12:00 hrs. Sorteo cuadro principal en carpa VIP.
13:30 hrs. Después del sorteo, Rafael Nadal ofrecerá una conferencia de prensa en carpa VIP.

Feb. 3

12:00 a 19:00 hrs. Clasificaciones.
11:00 a 13:00 hrs. Nicolás Massú, Fernando González y otros tenistas recorren la ciudad en un camión VTR. Recorrido finaliza en el Sector 2 de Reñaca, donde estará habilitada una cancha para realizar una exhibición de tenis.
21:00 hrs. Comida oficial de bienvenida a tenistas por parte de Jorge Yarur, Presidente del Museo de la Moda.

Feb. 4

11:00 hrs. Última ronda de las clasificaciones.
12:00 hrs. Cicletada con jugadores, acompañados del intendente Raúl Célis.
14:00 hrs. Partidos en court central y canchas 1 y 2.
19.30 hrs. Evento Meat and Great Nadal y Cachantún en el Hotel Miramar.

Feb. 5

13:30 a 14:00 hrs. Sesión de autógrafos con clientes VTR en Salón del Club Naval (sorteo de 5 invitaciones dobles a través de redes sociales, sólo para clientes).
14:00 hrs Partidos Court Central – Canchas 1 y 2
18:00 hrs. Partido de dobles de Rafael Nadal y Juan Mónaco.

20:00 hrs. Partido Nicolás Massú.

Feb. 6

14:00 hrs Partidos Court Central – Canchas 1 y 2.
18:00 hrs. Partido de sigles de Rafael Nadal.

20:00 hrs. Presentación Candidatas Miss VTR Open a prensa y sesión de fotos.

Why is the 'Evento' Meat and Great, is this like the Spanish equivalent to Meet and Greet in English?

Although I should probably refrain from my language questions.

waiting anxiously for Rafa

please forgive my never changing negative attitude but my expectation is low, if he could just manage to win one match, it would be ok for me

Rafa should be leaving Spain in couple of hours, so he will probably post a picture from the airport. Then we can be sure that he really intends to play in Chile

Exact acceptance list and seeds! I really think that playing Giraldo or Leonardo Mayer as a first match after 7 months of break can be a tough start...

Well, guys we've not been this close to Rafa playing for quite a long time. I'm optimistic. I would love to see him playing but I don't
Think there are live streams, If someone finds one please post it here. ,

At this point I'm even excited about Mallorca airport pics. Maybe he flies private this time tho,
