Default Singles and doubles titles: an OE survey

I don't know if such a thread already exists.

I've tried to make up a list of every tournaments that a player won both in singles AND doubles (in the same week or fortnight) in the Open Era.

Again, some results are still missing, mostly in the older days. And I might have overlooked some of these performances. So feel free to correct me, if need be.

Majors are underlined !

McEnroe got 77 ATP-sanctioned singles titles. 33 of them were backed up with a doubles title (almost 50%). That's amazing and, at the same time, not surprising.

Oh my ... how could I have made such mistakes. I seem to have mixed the Stratton 1985 & 1986 editions. And the US Open 1979 is in my database though.

Thank you for the corrections. I'll edit

I'm ashamed.

Thank you for this.

You're right, I had the wrong year for Muster and Rosewall. And for Ivanisevic, the wrong tournament. Zagreb and not Milan.

I'm going to correct these and the ranking. I'll leave the additions out. That way, your post still makes sense.
