If i'm not mistaken, with this win he will jump like 100 spots up from his current rank of 640. 
Plays Petzschner next for a chance to get another 100 ranks.

I was very impress with Mate. He's a great serve and volley player but unfortunately courts are too slow this days for that type of the game. I loved his serve the most. Not as fast but great placement with a nice kick. He needs to move better and gain few pounds. Under right coach, he should be in top 100 within two years.

its depressing. He plays a style of play that almost no one does anymore and i dont know of to many youngsters that can serve and volley well. The slowing down of the courts is killing off his style of game
its refreshing watching him because he's not just someone who wants to pound the ball harder

Yes it is, doesn't suit his style. Anyway, even if it did he had very bad luck with the draws, got J.C. Ferrero in R1.
