I haven't played TT for months mainly because of summer professionnal reasons and a need for a break BUT I haven't informed the Board about my absence because I thought I won't play anymore.
I have committed for AO 2011.
I am wondering if I can apply for PRs in the TT tournaments following AO ?

If someone have 4 PR´s.
He can play singles and doubles on 4 tournaments or only on 2 tournaments?

I signed up for Rotterdam using my PR. We were first ALTs for the MD. so we ended up in the Q draw. there's only 7-8 teams in the QD so even without the PR i would've made it in. Does the PR still counts?
Im assuming not since it didnt help whatsoever.
