Not correct. RG qualies count as week 21 and so does Carson. You cannot play both.

correct, you can play both
RG qualies are the week before, this is during RG week 1 |

So it's ok to play a week 20 challenger plus RG qualies, and it's also ok to play a week 21 challenger plus RG qualies?

I have asked this question before. It seems to only happen for Grand Slams. For any other week, you can't play a challenger when you lose in another tournament's qualies. |
