Igor Sijsling Cheering Thread
I think Igor deserves his own thread. He is in the final of Chuncheon and will play against Yen-Hsun Lu. If he wins he will be the second best Dutch player behind Thiemo de Bakker.
This year he also reached the final in Manchester and he is now at the highest rank of his career.

He lost 6-2 6-3 to Lu. Disappointed but he had a great week. This week he will play in Knoxville, first round against Ramon Delgado.

He won't play in Knoxville due an arm injury. He is at the entry list of Champaign next week hopefully he can play there.

Igor Sijsling adds to the good season start for Dutch tennis by winning the first round of the AO qualis.
He defeated Flavio Cipolla 6-2 6-2. Great scoreline!
Next up is Rik de Voest! Only two more wins and we'll have three Dutchies in the main draw... ;

He won against Zverev 6-7, 6-3, 7-5. Zverev was 5*-3 in the third and chocked from then. Igor was serving well the whole match and had some good S&V points at the end. Sod is next!

Sijsling had a sp in the first set. On his own serve, no less.
Still, a good week for Igor. With qualies and his first round win, I'm pretty sure he'll enter the top 200.
He's currently ranked #245.

Lost in Jersey to Jan Minar in the SF with 7-5 4-6 2-6. Bad stuff end second and whole third set.
But good week for Igor though. Next week St.Brieuc.

He just won his second ATP match of his career. Nobody noticed, because Holland was playing Denmark...
