Another Nadal one - sort of:

Re: Brilliant Tennis Photography Thread
^ I really like that one haha! Which match was it from?
All tennis photos in the dark are great, like the Wimby final and AO ceremony. Very atmospheric.

Well one of my fav tennis pictures ever:
A very striking scene, Feds waiting at the net to congratulate Rafa with his Wimbledon victory. The disappointment drips from his face, beautifully illustrated by the light shining around him. The photographer really 'caught the moment'.
And it isn't even close to 'technically perfect', but the flashlight artefacts only make it even more dramatic. What an awesome job. Should I ever be able to make such a picture, I'd be very proud of it.

such a sad moment for me, but great pic. It's beautiful imo.
Great thread btw. All the pics are loveley.

Gloomy Roger is quite beautiful. Sadness becomes him, sort of.

Re: Brilliant Tennis Photography Thread
it's no wonder that the most brilliant and beautiful pix are of Federer.

Re: Brilliant Tennis Photography Thread
Not really a tennis pic but it will serve to break the Federer-Nadal domination in this thread
King Kolya in Miami (it would be great if I had this pic in a bigger size and with high definition)
Ramírez-Hidalgo between the legs trick shot
Federer getting his hands ready to exorcize the demons out of Stan after defeating the Bryan Brothers a the Olympics
