Default Re: ATP Race points 2010 for juniors (1992 and younger)

First post updated on the 3rd of may.

Many good results from juniors last week :

- Jason Kubler (Aus, born may 1993) played his first future final in Australia, defeating Joshua Crowe
- Benjamin Mitchell (Aus) played a semifinal in the same tournament, defeating Marcus Daniell
- Tiago Fernandes (Bra, born january 1993) played a semifinal in a future in Brasil, defeating number 4-seed Tiago Lopes and giving a tight match to Marcel Felder in semifinal 64 46 64
- Denis Kudla (USA) played a semifinal in a future in the USA, defeating number 2 seed Gerard Kretschmer
- Jeong Suk Yong (Kor, born april 1993) played a future quarterfinal in Korea
- Gianni Mina (Fra) reached a future quarterfinal in Italy, defeating Frederik Nielsen
- Facundo Arguello (Arg) reached a future quarterfinal in Argentina
- Filip Krajinovic (Srb) reached the second round of the challenger in Ostrava after qualifying … but he was very lucky with the draw, drawing an unknown Czech wild-card player of his age, Martin Prikryl, in first round (well, he beat Alexander Flock in qualies … and Brunken in final set tie-break, not that great either)

Also to note : Tomic lost a second week in a row in a future second round in Italy on clay

Default Re: ATP Race points 2010 for juniors (1992 and younger)

No changes in top 10 list, hardly any change in race points after the week of May 24th.

Total of 5 points is gained by 5 players but worth of mention are those first ATP points for:
Thiago Augusto Bitencourt Pinheiro BRA (1993), Hernus Pieters RSA (1993), Ricardo Ojeda Lara ESP (1993), Vasile-Alexandru Ghilea ROU (1993) and Pavel Filin BLR.

Last edited by Springer89 : 06-07-2010 at 11:50 PM. Reason: Ghilea was unitentionally omitted.

Kubler travelling nicely especially considering he's holding down number 1 in juniors. Tomic more than double Harrison now .
