Default The Monty Python Thread

First of all sorry if this thread already exists, I didn't find anything.

Title says it all. This is the place to post your favourite Monty Python sketches, talk about them etc. I'll start it off with a tiny sample.

Tennis has no blood passport system, and does basically no out of competition testing.

The methods and drugs used by Armstrong in 1999 would work in tennis right now, with zero chance of being caught (not slightly surprising to anyone familiar with the topic, btw).

Not really a Monty Python fan, but the AWLOTBSOL scene is epic.

Brian: Look, you've got it all wrong! You don't need to follow me, you don't need to follow anybody! You've got to think for yourselves! You're all individuals!
The Crowd (in unison): Yes! We're all individuals!
Brian: You're all different!
The Crowd (in unison): Yes, we are all different!
Man in Crowd: I'm not.

Best. Joke. Ever.

There are too many. I am still laughing at the cross-eyed army coronel and his expedition to climb the twin peaks of Kilimanjaro.

But credit where credit is due. The Goon Show is the daddy of them all.

The dead parrot is classic Python. I had not seen the other two, but surely they are amongst the ''worst'' of Python!!!!! The brain specialist is particularly embarrassing, depending for its humour on playing the retard card and little else.

I will buy them off with videos of the Cheese Shop and Exploding Penguin.

I have to admit I laughed most at Python sketches when they were playing Northern England working class women, such as the Exploding Penguin.

The mother of all explosions.

With buckets.
And some amazing vomiting on the cleaning woman.
And some casual talk about rather heavy periods.

And the confuse a cat thing that is pretty out there.
