Re: •°o*Ye Olde Castle vol.25
okay nat, jose, and any other spanish speaking people here, I have a question.
I was watching this korean variety show and they had to answer some questions, and one was say I love you in 5 different languages, one being spanish. This one guy and his partner said te quiero for the spanish one and they got it right. I always thought querer was used for like or want, not love. I'm more familiar with te amo. Which one is used more?

Re: •°o*Ye Olde Castle vol.25
okay, gotta go now, dear Castle folks.
The alarm clock is set in about seven hours from now, and as I want to enjoy my final full day of skiing as much as possible... not to mention the fact that I'm posting this from a very expensive connection, as there is no free wifi in the hotel over here.
Let's all just hope for the best for our tennis favs. As for me, it's a 'rainbow experience' once again, with one of my guys being in major trouble once more ( ), whereas the other fellow managed to claim his #1 spot as well as keeping his incredible semifinal GS streak alive .
MEH - will I ever again see a Fedal GS final?
Bye to ye all, hope to be able to offer you the requested pictures tomorrow!!!

Re: •°o*Ye Olde Castle vol.25
see you Karin
Usha, Querer in spanish can be taken as Love or Want depending on the context, both Te Quiero and Te Amo are used, though the last one is usually more serious
Te Quiero = I love you
Te Amo = I'm in love with you

What Nat said. Te quiero is a lot more used, te amo is rather poetic these days. Then again, I can only talk for Spain.

Tennis has no blood passport system, and does basically no out of competition testing.
The methods and drugs used by Armstrong in 1999 would work in tennis right now, with zero chance of being caught (not slightly surprising to anyone familiar with the topic, btw).
