city bar hopping and dancing - the guys is from some island or other - good looker and
boy what fun they seem to have -- anyone know the name of this buddy of Marats- seems
he is always at Marats freeforums !! anyone with pics ?

Hey Everyone I'm back from the exho, and what a time we had!!!

I took a bunch of photos, but, the lighting was sooo awful inside the building that many of them came out blurry. Below are the best of the lot, and I've linked the shutterfly site to the rest that I took (including of the other players) so you can see them if you would like... (Giselle also took some amazing pics, which she will post soon, I'm sure!) Also, the guy sitting in front of us had an INCREDIBLE camera, he took my email and said he would send me some Marat shots - hopefully he comes through!

A bit about the experience - It was truly awesome... I got a picture of me with every player (except Venus, who I could have if I had asked)! The first was Ivan, he was walking through Caesars, just after some practice... Then we found Pete - he had a big Michael Kors bag and stopped for us to snap a few photos... Then came Andy - it was just after he played Marat, he stopped for me to snap a quick shot, then the one I was waiting for - Marat.... he was so nice! he stopped and stood for both me and Giselle, took photos with us, thanked us for coming after we congratulated him on his play... he was so sweet... then I found Mats in the night club/after party and snapped a photo with him as well!

The exho was fun, albeit a bit weird, with each of them playing a set a piece. I would have liked to have seen more Andy/Marat, but, I think Marat would have died if that were the case (apparently he has taken up smoking - it was commented on multiple times during play - you can see in one or two of my photos how red he got!) Andy and Marat were pretty entertaining, both with their comments and with their play. Pete seemed to tick Andy off too... again, he was trying to be funny, but took a racquet out of andy's bag and started playing with it - we all thought it was funny, but, Andy got real quiet afterwards, seemed kind of aggravated... but not too bad.

And Marat did get an iPad for little sis - I saw him in the mall with an Apple bag - we didn't bother him because he was with a friend, but, we did walk behind him for a bit! he sure looked hot shopping in jeans and sneakers...
