Weird. Supposedly hit a fire hydrant and a neighbors tree at 2:30 in the morning. That's an odd time to be leaving your house. And the news wires say charges are pending. Very strange.  |

I think the news are exaggerating extent of injuries. If there's no air bag deployed/low impact, how can it be serious? I don't think facial injuries can be called serious injuries.

CNN just reported that he is out of the hospital now, but everywhere else it's saying that he was in serious condition.
