I found Korolev very good looking, but he's a bit robotic. And Chardy is very charming, and very French. So I prefer Chardy.

Korolev is just cute to me, Chardy is gorgeous.
Sammy, strange that you find him similar to Marat. Perhaps vaguely when Marat was very young, but I'd expect Korolev to have the same boyish look in 20 years, the kind of face that never grows old.

Korolev doesn't ooze the sex appeal that Safin does. I agree that he's pretty and cute - but that doesn't always equal hotness in my book. Chardy on the other hand is edgy.

i don't think they look similar, they have the same appeal for me dark brooding good looks, with great smiles. korolev looks cute now but so did safin at 20. both russian, both have an alure to me.
