this tournament is a joke, this is the reason i never started a thread about it.
all the rubbish players have decent chances because of the short format
also hitting the doubles 1st to get going is crap idea.
no more bets for me in this tournament.
maybe a taylor outright ofcourse...

Exactly Ivan i didnt make a thread for the same reason, this is the first day ive had a bet on it but i know theres a good chance all my bets will go down, more fun really than to make money,
last year was the same first to hit a double to get going

I watched it mate, fair play to Priestly, he didnt just nick it he deserved to win the match. After his cancer issues i can't say anything bad about him but he cost me on a nice treble.....

I saw him play a couple of months back in a tournament on sky and he crashed out and looked awfull i thought that could be the last time isee him thinking he may reitre, so i was delighted to see him beating a top player in Wade, Dennis is one of the nicest genuine guys on the darts tour.... just sorry it cost you a treble grrrrrrrr

I really need to put Lloyd on my black list, loses to the pie man mug smith, total journeyman this bloke and about 23 stone lol.
Anderson is one of my favourite players to watch but he needs to sort his temprament out if hes going to make it against the big time players, should have beaten Lewis but lost his head and it was game over. Hope he makes it into the premier league next year, could be the best yet.
Taylor - well what can you say, the bloke is on a different level, claimed before the match that he hadn't even practised properly for this event and then he is millimetres away from a double in 9 darter, amazing stuff.
Will post my bets for tonight soon.

Anderson for some reason fucks up on the big t.v tournaments, he has all the talent but doesnt produce it live on t.v, his record for tournaments that are not televised is very impressive and has beaten the top players, the only reason i went agains him last night was because of the fact he bottles it when on t.v

2 out of 3 last night so will play with the profits but if i do bad tonight on this event wont bother as like Ivan said the format is a joke
Hamilton over King 5/4
Painter over Priestley 5/6 I really like Painter i believe he is underated and is one of my fav players, beating Wade was huge for Dennis but to win back to back matches against very good players just cant see it and 5/6 is a great price for Kevin
Taylor,Beaton and Jenkins should all win with wase but their prices are far to low to get involved with
