Not sure if this rather lighthearted thread belongs in this forum category (please move it if not, sorry in advance.)

Has there ever been a grand slam winner with such ferocious bumfluff as Del Potro? (tennis history mavens feel free to contribute). He looks like a giant stone-age youth with that fluffy chinstrap and swarthy complexion.

Personally I think it's quite a refreshing change from the neatly trimmed Federer, Djokovic and co (and horrendously dressed Williams sisters, at least Federer's ridiculous outfits are quite funny like his Wimbledon white suit).

Even though DelPo isn't quite old enough to fully rock the beard he is well on his way, I hope he keeps it up.

Delpo is not swarthy at all.. He has a lot of gold and red tones in his hair and beard and has light eyes. Swarthy is Canas or Gonzalez.

Probably true, but to a pasty Brit, DelPo is swarthy.
