According to the ITF rules "Futures Series tournaments that are only entered into the system on the second Monday following the tournament’s week". Besides Laurynas lost one point from the previous year. |

Good news , I think he does well in playing futures instead CH qualies, if Laurynas achieves good results in futures will rise in the rankings and more important get confidence, so if all goes well it's a matter of time he can play frequently at Challengers level |
