I thought it was a little obvious. She was well known for her rather masculine stance among the performers of the era.
I recall reading that she only wore trousers in private, never skirts.

Plus she makes for a goooorgeous gye.

My conscience asked me to make a Murray graphic. I felt way too glad that he lost yesterday, I had to make up.

I actually think Mugdasco could pull it out. He's a tough hombre with viscous left topspin.

CD - I think the search for my seal is going to take a while.

here is the possible problem with verdasco:

he can be quite inconsistent in the clutch. if djokovic gets out of the blocks fast, he is likely to run away with it.

also look for djokovic to go forward on weak replies from verdasco. he is experimenting with being a little more assault-minded. this may keep verdasco from acquiring much rhythm.

CD - the blind Federeeeeeeesians in GM are scared shitless about Nadal now. It's palpable fear.

Also this is the first ever night match for the Sod. I wonder how well he'll handle it.

Here's a gem I found from rec.sport.tennis:

Quote:
All the players born in the late 70s/early 80s are all uber mugs,
hence Fed piled up most of his fraudulent slams when these mugs were
in their prime.

Nadal is not fully fit and will not beat either Federer or Djokovic and possibly not even Del Potro. He may even lose to Gonzo.

I would love to see Verdasco beat Djokovic but feel winning a set would be a big achievement. Was very undecided between 3 / 4 set win for Djokovic.

Djokovic is starting to look menacing.

there is a long way between being... err... a bit masculine in your manners and considering yourself a "Jimmy"

dr jules has it spot on. its too early to expect a lot from the clay monster. also th abdominal strain could flare up and lead to a muscle tear in a 4 hour long match.

his style of play is just too demanding. he is not anywhere near his best at the moment. that much should be clear enough to everyone.

he will find a way to gun down Gonzo but the D-pot is a tough proposition. especially if D-Pot serves like hell. his serve has become a major weapon. we will just have to see how it all plays out.
