Post ATP New Haven 09 - 2R - (1) N.Davydenko def R.Kendrick 7-6(10) 6-3

Top seed advances, Nikolay had to battle in the first set after surrenduring his break advantage, he then saved several set points in the tie break, 3 i think. Anyway after that set the result was never in doubt, keep it going Champ.

SOO close Kendo! Great results though after a little slump he's been in. It looks like he is ready for the Open. C'mon!!

Robby really blew that first set. He did well to level it at 5-5 but always had the advantage in the tb. He led 3-1, 6-4, 7-6, and 9-8 I think. Really a shame. He played a lot of completely awful and unneccesary dropshots. I knew he had a good chance to at least get a set and very disappointed when he missed all those opportunities. Davy did play great though except for losing serve at *5-4.
