are you sure about that? bangkok is 32 draw and still first 8 seeds receive BYE first round, and kuala lumpur is 32 draw and they gave first 4 seeds BYE

First 4 not first 8 in Bangkok.

Do you really think a 500 categotry tournament has byes in a 32 draw? Why don't you just look at the first post? You would see that there are 32 spots for the draw.
