Re: 2009 Athletics World Championships
Triple jump winning distance 15.07 or better @ 2.00 - Weak field, but their hasn't been a winning jump in olympic or world champ finals below 15.07 since Seville in 1999.
Pars to win hammer @ 1.80

100m women:
Stewart tb Jeter @ 1.80
She looked so relaxed in the semis. I reckon she has 0.10 secs up her sleeve compared to her time in the semis.

Epic choke, stunning choke, one of the all time great chokes. Fancy winning 18 consecutive events, having the 7 longest throws of the year, all beyond 80 metres, and then turning up to the world championships and not even getting medal.

10.73 did it easily.
Can't always pick the world leaders, some can't do it when it counts.

Weak field was an understatement. Should've cancelled the event.

I was referring to Pars, not the womens 100m.
Isinbayeva still in tears.

Loss. Always feels better when two fall rather than just one for some reason.
