Default Handling pressure

So I have this problem when I play, if I'm just rallying my shots are fine my technique is really good and everything is consistent, I can pound the ball deep and rarely over hit. However, as soon as I play for points or a friendly match it all goes wrong my timing is all too late my shot are either too deep or hit the net I just can't get anything to work. But if we stop and go back to just rallying everything is ok again. What can I do to solve this??

There isn't an easy answer really. I've played so much, I am used to just going out there in playing my game. Just tell yourslef to stay relaxed and just have fun a play the game. Don't overthink the situation. Just keep it simple. The worst thing that could happen is that you could lose. Stay focused and maybe smile a few times and keep bouncing on your feet.

Just play without any thoughts
Try to understand where the ball will be before it passes the net, then move in that direction and hit the shot as you know...stay relaxed, especially in friendly match
