I refer to the following PAW rule regarding WC's:-

17.5 Obligation of the WC player's.
A player who asks for a WC and receives it, is obliged to post his/her pick within 12 hours from the moment of posting the request for a WC, otherwise the manager can take the WC away if required (eg.: in the case when there is no WCs left and another player asks for it).

vamos israel requested a WC at 6-18pm CET yesterday and was granted a WC at 7-22pm CET yesterday. No PAW picks have yet been submitted by vamos israel, so the WC is taken away and granted to the next person to request a WC:-
