there will be the pop up windown with a little scoreboard and a little drop down menu at the top

andrey won but if he did he was losing when he did

the score has the game finished with farukh dustov having taken the first set off andrey 6-4

but andrey had 3-3 in the second set and then it says that faruk retired and andrey's name is highlighted. They always have the name of the winner highlighted so it appears andrey did win, but again by retirement and when he was in a losing position.

There doesnt appear to any explanation of why farukh retired either

Obviously im glad that andrey gets the win now however you dont like it when someone wins by retirement especially when they are in the position farukh was. Ofcourse andrey could have come back and won like he did yesterday but...you never know.

Im also obviously glad it wasnt andrey who retired, which is what i had initially jumped to as what happened.

I thought he won by retirement from the opponent but apparently the match's still going on since I opened the window at 4:5.

apparently he got that as a break

4-4 now, obviously he got broken right back

im starting to think there was a mistake made and this match is still going

i just dont see why this farukh retired because, sadly it seems as though hes completely out playing andrey

well..there's the explanation

andrey lost the final 4-6, 4-6 to farrukh dustov of uzbekistan

he went from 4-3 to 4-6 in that second set so it definately seems as though he was outplayed

im not sure how many points he'll get but i'll guess around 18

so his new ranking will be around the 235-240 range come monday, which is still a career high for him and puts him in good shape to crack the top 200 by the end of the year, he's only 35 off and it looks like he can play us open qualies

i think his new ranking wont be until next monday though because for some stupid reason they wait a week to add points from futures events.

on a side note im extremely pissed that that scoreboard said he'd won

the doubles match is not going very well either 1-5 in the 1st set

they lost the 1st set 1-6
