Those can't be Roger's shorts. The shorts he wears now don't have elastic and have belt loops (although I don't think the ones Nike sells to the public have belt loops).

Well it's probably that idea.. I mean Roger does wear belts and non-elastic but this is practically the idea underneath the black and red shirts.
