  Markos got serious injured!!
He was playing so well..and then he fell down, and start shouting in pain, the atp doctor came by and sluiter also came over the net.
He started crying, and Sluiter tried to console him
what a nice birthday present..

Re: Grass Season - Road to Wimbledon
Apparently the initial diagnosis is a pulled tendon and he will be out for 2 weeks.
What a relief this would be.

Re: Grass Season - Road to Wimbledon
So no Wimbledon?
Well now I guess I can tell me friends we can celebrate my birthday on either the 24th or 25th since it won't interfere with any Greeks at Wimbledon

At least if it's only a pulled tendon,he will be back in less than a month!Let's focus at the bright sight now!
Let's wait to hear from an official source.

Re: Grass Season - Road to Wimbledon
Marcos is in - but this does not mean that he will play. Markos injury occurred after the start of the qualifying. So there was no meaning to withdraw. If he decides to withdraw, his place will be given to lucky looser. Same decission will be taken by Nadal and Monfils.

Re: Grass Season - Road to Wimbledon
Monfils is not in the draw.
But i agree, chances he'll play are probably very slim. And he should only do it, if he's healthy, I don't want him to retire with a more severe injury.
