I'm a bit confused. I don't see Fernando on the Dubai entry list, but in an article, Hans said Fernando has a chance to play Dubai. Is he going for a WC? Why didn't he just enter directly if he wanted to play?

I think he’s aiming to play Washington next, but whether or not will depend on his knee injury I guess. He is still entered in the LA tournament the week before though, but might withdraw here.
