It was funny that you were so apprehensive about going to this event, but good that you realised it wasn't such a bad thing and had fun.
Any reason of not taking Machado pics? Was it the grunting that put you off? Sirianni is a very interesting guy, he didn't get any help at all from Tennis Australia, at a time when he needed the funding early in his career. Luczak got some cash recently, but Sirianni got nothing and played a lot of league tennis in Italy and the Netherlands, so this how he made his living, while he was struggling.

To be honest I didn't watch Machado playing because I was busy doing other stuff. Sadly I missed the opportunity to chat with Sirianni, we were watching a match sitting side by side. Well, felt too shy to do it.
Looking forward to my next tournament, most likely Barcelona next year. |

So glad you had a good time Getta! There's not much that can compare to watching live tennis for me... ok except for maybe travelling.. but other than that, January is my highlight of the year so I'm glad you enjoyed it
