I think this is a pretty good draw. It looks likely that a rematch against Troicki will be on the cards. I hope there isn't any kind of mental hangover from Indian Wells, and that he lives up to his seeding (not necessarily two connected thoughts).

Really easy indeed...David leads 7/0 vs Gasquet and 2/0 vs Murray...so I guess he can make it...but one never knows with Nalby..

Yeah, it is a nice draw on paper, but when it comes to David it is not like any draw has any significant meaning.

I don't think he choked. A little bit of bad luck and some smart serving from Nadal kept the match alive long enough for David to run out of gas.
I hope he's fit for 3 setters this week.

David's second round match against Troicki is scheduled up first on Grandstand, a guaranteed televised court which is a pleasant surprise. They only have two televised courts in Miami (as opposed to three in Indian Wells) and they put Fish and Querrey on Court 1.

All because David is playing on Grandstand. A pleasant surprise, indeed.

Hi all,
Every TV is showing Verdasco-Becker except for Serbian national television.

At least I am going to watch it on TV, despite that sometimes their commentators can be quite biased.
