San Jose Rd 1. Blake spanks Spadea 6-3, 6-4
A very self-confident play by James considering the serve statistics including 13 aces within just 50 minutes. I am also surprised that James recovered quite quickly after back spasms on Monday. Despite Spadea's form and his age, James seemed to be solid with only 1 breakpoint against. Has anyone watched it?

Not sure that can be classified as "spanking", no matter what your definition of spank is.

Good on James!
I don't particularly care the the J-Block(?), but I like James.
It's amazing he was able to come back to tennis at all.

Spadea is the most frequent Blake's opponent. Spadea leads 7-5 (including 3 CH matches).
