A Set And A Break Up Before Choking It Away Wednesday
This seems to be a trend lately, perhaps the players are fixing the games, well actually yes the players are fixing the games, FACT.
Some interesting matches in the womens but I wont talk about them as its a mens forum.
I think Davydenko could be worth opposing at 2/9, I doubt he has any real interest in this match and will be more concerned at winning the first set, breaking in the second and then losing from there, more money to be made that way
I strongly fancy Ferrer to beat Youzny at 1.50 and may have a big play on this one, nothing else really jumps out at me as of yet.

Re: A Set And A Break Up Before Choking It Away Wednesday
Let's move my post then.
5/10 Parlay @ 2.31 (Gamebookers)
Davydenko N. v Benneteau J.: Davydenko N. 1.25
Dementieva E. v Sugiyama A.: Dementieva E. 1.08
Schiavone F. v Jankovic J.: Jankovic J. 1.12
Tanasugarn T. v Amanmuradova A.: Tanasugarn T. 1.53
@Mick: of course you can talk about women's tennis...it's the betting part of the forum. There is also a football part etc..has nothing to do with the fact that it's MTF and not just TF. And about match fixing...of course it's going on, some more clear than others, but losing from a set and a break down, especially with a bunch of grinders on clay, can't be called a possible fix just because of the scoreline.

Re: A Set And A Break Up Before Choking It Away Wednesday
Some of it has got to be fixed surely. I remember being rebuked for going on about a womens match on this forum one time. Anyway cheers for moving your thread Timotheus and good luck with your bets tomorrow.

Re: A Set And A Break Up Before Choking It Away Wednesday
Did Gicquel already know he was a LL? It could explain him getting gubbed by Recouderc.
If Llodra is fully fit he shouly be a great bet to continue his 100% record against Ivo. A lefty net rusher with a good slice bh = total nightmare for Ivo and Llodra was mentally tough as hell when he won the title here last year.
He pulled out of Zagreb with his long term shoulder problem but he warmed up here with a win in doubles againt Nadal and some kid. I followed the sb and I'm pretty sure he had about 5 aces and never faced a bp.

Re: A Set And A Break Up Before Choking It Away Wednesday
Llodra to beat Karlovic @ 2.00 (4/10)
I'm taking a gamble on whether Llodra is fit enough to win this one because as the guys above said he is a nightmare matchup for Ivo and as defending champ here and with Davis Cup round the corner I expect him to be fully motivated. I'm not all that worried about his form this year, at both Brisbane and Sydney he lost to the eventual winners so those losses weren't that bad, only worry is doubts over his shoulder injury but if it's healed up he really should win. GL.

Re: A Set And A Break Up Before Choking It Away Wednesday
Llodra over Karlovic
Llodra pulled out of Zagreb last week but I'm willing to chance that this was just a precautionary measure with title points to defend this week. He's a horrible match-up for Ivo for a number of reasons. A big lefty serve that forces Ivo to return with his bh (he won't be able to slice it back with Llodra on top of the net), a low slice that keeps a lanky fucker off balance, decent returns that will force Ivo into errors, and the option of playing a safe cc fh to Ivo's weakness. They have met 3 times, all indoors, and Llodra has won them all. He has broken Ivo twice from 7 opportunities in their last 2 meetings and saved all 4 bp's he faced himself. As I said already he has a doubles win under his belt here this week and his serve seemed fine during it. I hate the Sarkozy loving prick after his despicable tank/fix v Robredo last year but I might forgive him if he can earn me some cash. Allez.

Re: A Set And A Break Up Before Choking It Away Wednesday
Youzhny over Ferrer
Hopefully playing at the venue where he won his biggest title will inspire Mischa to find some form here. He hammered Ferrer that year and this fast surface seems to be made for him. He was erratic against Recouderc but his slices were staying very low and as I mentioned before that is something Pics struggles with indoors. he survived by the skin of his teeth against Melzer and I think he could run out of luck here.
