Will you string Muzza's totally opposite to how he wants them?

Can you get us some VIP passes?

unfortunately i wont get to string murray's racket because he employs the services of a company called priority 1 to string his rackets. they also string for fed, djoker, gonze, monfils, fish, safin.

as for VIP passes, i dont know. apparantly my security badge will only allow me into the grounds on the days i'm working, so if i actually wanted to see some tennis on my days off i would have to queue

I am intending to go to Wimbledon for the first time this year. I am going to queue up on the first Monday or Tuesday for grounds passes. My friend and I are planning to arrive at Wimbledon at about 6:30-7am to queue.

May I please ask.... How easy will it be to obtain grounds tickets if we do this?

Thanks in advance for any info.

You'll be in the queue for quite a few hours, but you'll definitely get ground passes

Thanks for the info.

What if we arrive a bit later, say 8:00-8:30am? Or actually, what is the latest time that we should arrive to be guaranteed of a grounds pass? I don't suppose we'll get in at all if we arrive at 10am, for example!

Probably a good thing you can't touch Muzza's strings then.

The LTA seems to have gone for a cut-off of #250 for Wimby wildcards, so there is a pretty good chance Boggo will be playing again this year. Time for that special Boggo logo to be patented by the original creator, and some T-shirts to be branded in his honour. Boggo gets a main draw win this year...

I think you should arrive at 7 to get in in time (before play starts), but 8 should be enough to have a ground pass.

Hard to say exactly. You should be able to get a grounds pass even if you arrive as late as about 9.30am, but it means you probably won't get into Wimbledon until after play starts and personally I wouldn't want to take the risk. It's nice to get in the queue early (between 7-8.30am) because it means you'll get into the grounds at 10.30am when the gates open (they kind of hold you in a section until then). Matches don't start until 12, but it means you can go to the practice courts/go to the shop/get food etc....

Centre Court, Opening Monday.

And personally, if I was queueing for ground passes (which I have done the last 3 years) I'd arrive on the first tube, around 6.30am. Good chance of show court tickets as well, always nice to have the option.

I have a question, can you help me please?

I'm from Chile, South America. I'm planning to travel to London at the first week of July. I would love to go to the Wimbledon Championships, but I don't know how to buy the tickets.
Can you give me some advice? Please tell me about how to buy tickets for the main courts (centre court and court Nş1) and how to buy a groundpass for the other courts.

Important information: An aunt of me lives in London. What can she do for helping me to get tickets?

Thank you.

Hi David,

Your aunt cannot help you whatsoever. All you can do is queue on the day itself. If you want showcourt tickets, you will have to queue overnight as the demand is quite high. For groundpasses you can join the queue in the early morning. But queuing is unavoidable.
