So happy to see Nico back in the major leagues. Those challengers sucked big time.

Hopefully he'll do well because the last thing we want to see is that he has to play challengers again. Although I doubt he'll get into the European clay masters series events so he'll probably have to play challengers those weeks.

Anyway - GOOD LUCK TO NICO IN AUCKLAND!

Not sure when the qualifying draw will come out (probably Friday), but Nico hopefully is there by now so he can get used to the time change before he has to play a match.

now the problem with the live streaming will be the huge time difference between us and Auckland

It is a huge difference in time.

I figured it out for me - 18 hours difference. So will be 19 hours difference for Kid and Sparko. Not sure about Chile because I can't remember the time difference between me and Santiago right now. I'll check that next.

Well tough 1st round for Nico.

Muller is a hardcourt player. I saw Nico play him in Washington in 2005, and Nico basically spent the entire time complaining about how much he hated playing on hardcourts. I knew from the start of the match that Nico would lose even though Muller was about to melt due to the extreme heat in DC because Nico wasn't mentally in the match.

Hopefully thinks will be different this time around. Nico really has to just focus because 90 points is a huge amount of points to lose just because he doesn't want to play on hardcourts.

I checked the OOP - Nico is 4th up with matches beginning at Saturday 10:00 a.m. NZ time. His match then will be around Saturday 4:00 p.m. NZ time which is about Friday 10:00 p.m my time, Friday 9:00 p.m. Kid/Sparko time, and Friday 8:00 p.m. Chile time. (I think...
